Vladimir Zakharov, Head of Moscow office at Ilyashev & Partners Law Firm, delivered a speech at the 2nd annual conference “Legal Risks Management: Status 2016” held on October 27-28 in Moscow.
In his speech, Vladimir Zakharov addressed the issues related to interaction of internal corporate legal departments with external consultants, focused on the most common mistakes made by the companies during work with the lawyers engaged and gave some practical advice on how to organize effective and mutually beneficial cooperation.
The speakers at the event also were the heads of legal departments of the leading Russian and international companies such as Sberbank, Rosatom, Gazpromneft, Rusal, Megafon, Coca-Cola, Dell, LG Electronics, CANON, BASF, L’Oreal, Mitsubishi Motors, Volvo and others.
