Oleksandr Fefelov, the Attorney at Law and the Head of Antitrust and Competition Practice at Ilyashev & Partners Law Firm, moderated the parallel section discussion “Competitive Challenges of the Sectoral Markets” at the IV Ukrainian Antitrust Forum held on May 30 in Kyiv.
The participants discussed competitive challenges in the transport, aviation, petroleum products and energy markets, current trends in the telecommunications market, role of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine as the regulator of the aforementioned industries, and also shared their ideas on the improvement of competitive environment.
The IV Ukrainian Antitrust Forum was organized by the Yurydychna Praktyka media outlet. The forum was attended by representatives of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, the Competition Development Foundation, the judicial authorities, members of Ukrainian and international business associations, partners of the leading law firms, top managers and legal advisers of numerous enterprises.
