Oleksandr Fefelov became a member of Public Council at Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine

Oleksandr Fefelov, attorney at law of Ilyashev & Partners, became a member of Public Council at the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.

At the meeting of Public Council held on February 26, 2013, which was led by Michael Rusynskyy, Chairman of the Council, it was decided on limiting the number of its members to 40 people.

As a leading expert in the field of Corporate and Antitrust, Oleksandr Fefelov participates in the Public Council to improve efficient interaction of executive authorities, business and society.

Oleksandr Fefelov is in charge of Antitrust Division of Ilyashev & Partners Law Firm. As a recognized expert in the field, Oleksandr has been working in the field of antitrust regulation in Ukraine for 17 years, he has over 20 years of professional experience. Oleksandr successfully represents clients in antitrust disputes, participates in cases on unfair competition, on abuse of monopoly position in the market, violation of antitrust laws, and coordinates obtaining permits of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine. He also advises clients on protection against unfair competition. In addition, Oleksandr successfully represented and acted on behalf of the clients in the disputes with other business entities regarding violation of competition law.
