Ilyashev & Partners was listed among the finalists of Legal Awards 2020 in eleven nominations:
- Law firm of the Year;
- Law firm of the Year in Litigation;
- Law firm of the Year in Cross-Border Litigation;
- Law firm of the Year in Arbitration;
- Law firm of the Year in Bankruptcy;
- Law firm of the Year in Government Relations.
The short-list of personal nominations includes:
- Mikhail Ilyashev, Managing Partner, Attorney at Law, in the “Lawyer of the Year in Litigation”;
- Roman Marchenko, Senior Partner, Attorney at Law, in the “Lawyer of the Year in Arbitration”;
- Oleksandr Fefelov, Partner, Attorney at Law, Head of Antitrust and Competition Practice, in the “Lawyer of the Year in Competition”;
- Andrii Konoplia, Counsel, Attorney at Law, Insolvency Receiver, in the “Lawyer of the Year in Bankruptcy”;
- Vadym Kizlenko, Counsel, Attorney at Law, Insolvency Receiver, in the “Lawyer of the Year in Troubled Debts”.
Voting results will be announced on 3 July 2020 in Kyiv at the award ceremony.
The project “Legal Awards of the Year” has been initiated by Yurydychna Praktyka Publishing House, which regularly publishes the editorial research “Top 50 Leading Law Firms of Ukraine”.
