On January 23, the online conference on the new land and real estate laws and regulations will be held at the RBC-Ukraine web portal with Maksym Kopeychykov, attorney, partner of Ilyashev & Partners Law Firm.
The conference will be devoted to the innovations expected in the real estate market due to the transfer of registration of land plots, apartments, and houses from the BTI to the State Registration Service of Ukraine (Ukrderzhreestr), “surprises” awaiting the buyers and sellers of real estate, as well as lawyers and notaries working in this market.
