On March 15, 2018 the Managing Partner of Ilyashev & Partners Law Firm Mikhail Ilyashev held a seminar dedicated to the “Overview of the Ukrainian Legal Environment: Life Hacks for Foreign Companies” within the framework of the Estonian-Ukrainian Business Forum organized by the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in cooperation with the Estonian Embassy in Kyiv and the European Business Association.
Talking about the nuances of doing business in Ukraine, Mikhail Ilyashev gave useful advice on testing reliability of potential business partners and viability of investment objects, choosing the relevant tax system and registration of property rights to land and real estate.
