Ilyashev & Partners Law Firm Is Among the Top 5 Law Firms of Ukraine of 2015

TOP_50_COVIlyashev & Partners Law Firm for the first time was listed among the five leading law firms of Ukraine, having risen by three positions at once, and received the 4th place in accordance with the Ukrainian national survey “Top 50 Law Firms of Ukraine 2015“. Ilyashev & Partners Law Firm has risen from 39 to 4 position in 17 years of its participation in the survey.

With a team of over 40 highly qualified lawyers in 5 offices in Ukraine and Russia, Ilyashev & Partners Law Firm is a leader among the law firms of Ukraine in financial results for 12 months (IV quarter of 2014 – I-III quarters of 2015): in terms of revenue1 – 263.4 mln UAH, and financial performance – 6.8 mln UAH of revenue per lawyer.

Ilyashev & Partners Law Firm has been the undisputed leader in the judicial practice by the number of litigations and arbitrations in recent years. In 2015, the lawyers of Ilyashev & Partners Law Firm provided legal advice in 16 disputes2 of the 50 largest public litigations and arbitrations.

In addition, the firm’s projects were marked among the 50 largest public transactions, and the 20 largest public transactions in the field of ​​antitrust law.

About the survey

The Ukrainian national survey “Top 50 Law Firms of Ukraine 2015” was conducted by the Yurydychna Praktyka Publishing House in partnership with the newspaper BUSINESS. The annual survey has been conducted since 1998.

The market leading law firms are ranked according to several criteria: number of lawyers employed, profitability, complexity of transactions and court disputes led by a law firm, financial performance. All figures are aggregated using weighted coefficients. Coefficients are correlated to integrate in the final table the financial results of the law firm, the scale of its practices and professional reputation.
